House versus Home

A house can have a bunch of furniture galore, a home is a place you don’t need to explore. A house is four walls with a roof, what you call home you don’t need proof. A house is just a place to stay for the day, A home is a place where you aren't a stray. A house has a table and chairs, A home has a family who are always there. A house can have a bed with a closet too, A home though is a place where you can be you. A house can be pretty and sparkle in the night, A home though, is where you shine bright! A house is just lonely, A home is like a trophy. A house can be an art, But a home has people with a warm heart. A home is a place where you feel like you are loved, where you feel safe, where you have comforting family all around you, it is what you call home.
