Meaning of Home

In my home there is everything that I need. There is food, water, comfort, and most of all - love. My home is my favourite place in the whole world. It is where I feel safe and where I can be myself and explain how I feel. My home is where I can play with my sisters and friends. In my home I can do my own things and if I want to be alone, I can go to my bed and sit there and read or just calm down. In my home if I am sad my family will respect that and help me through. My home is where I can be silly with my sister. And if our home is dirty, I will try to help as much as I can. And sometimes if you lose someone or something like a family member or a pet, it may not feel like home any more but you have to get used to it. It is okay to cry or to be mad and your home is a safe place to do it. Home is a part of my life so when I get home from school I am grateful that I have a home to go to and I can thank my parents for that. My parents give me everything I need like a home and that is what home means to me!
