Meaning of Home - My Country Canada

Why do I love Canada? Because I feel safe in it and it feels like a home. It is full of nature and full of peace. It is a free country and has people from all over the world. And it has so many traditions. A home means somewhere a family lives for a long time. And grows together. Canada is a welcoming place and everyone Is Together …and are really kind …and are kind of funny Everyone is different in some ways but we don't care We want to be a friend. That is why I love Canada as a home. Canada looks like trees covered in snow Canada looks like nature everywhere Canada looks like a welcome sign “ all are welcome here “ Canada smells like sap on a maple tree Canada smells like poutine cooking in the oven Canada smells like salt water on middle cove beach Canada tastes like poutine on a cold winter day Canada tastes like French toast covered in maple syrup Canada tastes like Jiggs dinner on a lovely Christmas day Canada sounds like birds chirping on a spring morning Canada sounds like waves crashing in the ocean Canada sounds like crisp snow crunching under my feet Canada feels like a home and native land Canada feels like peace when you are feeling overwhelmed Canada feels like love when you are feeling down.
