I Love My Home and My Home Loves Me

A house has four walls, and a house has a roof, But a home can be anything that’s special to you. A house can be fancy, with golden gates, But a home is a place, you truly appreciate. A house could be a mansion, that lies on a hill, But a home is love, love you can’t spill. A house can have plants, green as can be, But a home is a place, you’re always welcome for tea. A house can have decorations, for Halloween, But a home has joy, that isn’t always seen. My home is at my barn, when I am riding my pony, A home is a place, that you should never feel lonely. There are many homes, everywhere you look, Like in a story, or in a book. A home is a flower, or a climbing tree, I love my home, and my home loves me.
