What home is

When I think of home, I think it means to have a roof over your head, a bed with blankets, clothes to wear, a bathroom to bathe, a kitchen to cook etc. This is what it means to live in a safe and secure place. When I think of home, I think of the smell of home-cooked meals, a place where you can play, where you can lay and sleep, where you live in harmony with dear family and friends. I believe everyone should have a home to which they feel that they belong and can always return to. When I think about what home sounds like, I hear the sound of jokes being told and the sharing of memories among laughter. I hope everyone will have a home that they can love and live in harmony at least once in their lifetime.
