My Meaning of Home

A house is a building you will see every single day, but if you lived in that house, I am sure you would call it a home. Homes are so much like houses yet so different. Houses have furniture surrounded by walls, floors, and a roof. Yes, a home may have furniture too, but in all those walls, it is filled with laughter, tears, and even some anger. All that matters is that you got through all of it with everyone in the home with you. Houses have security alarms to keep you safe, homes do as well. Adding everyone in that home there to protect you, parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, anyone! They are all there for you. All there to protect you, forever. I could go on forever if I could, all these differences just need to be said. All I want you to remember is that whenever you go by a house again, just know that house could be a home to someone in this world. Alone or not.
