A home is a safe place, Where you feel a parents love and embrace. Where food is made and nicely plated, And around the table memories are created. While the foundation of a home is quite complex, So are the doors, windows, and lots of steps. Some houses are quite big, and some can be small, But they are suited to fit the comfort for all. When you wake up each morning from your cozy bed, You wait and see what will be in the day ahead. Breakfast is on the table it's time to eat, The smell of homemade pancakes and syrup, oh what a treat! Houses can be silent and peaceful And the memories made are blissful A home is a place close to everyone’s heart, Where no one should ever feel sad or apart. It’s a place where you can share happiness and tears, And be filled with great moments for many years. It’s always possible to have a fresh new start, If everyone cares and does their part.
