The Meaning of Home

Home isn't just a house, it's a place to feel safe, loved and comfortable. When I walk into my home I see my dog running toward me. I smell the candle my mom lit. Home is where my cat can crawl into my lap. Home is where I feel calm and safe. Home is where I can pet my dogs. Home is where I can eat my moms delicious food. Home is where my family is, and that's what makes it special. Home is what makes me happy when I'm sad. My home uses manners. I'm glad they do habitat for humanity because everyone deserves a home.
