A Cozy Place

Home is a place where you live. It is a place where you care and give. At home, you game and have fun. Through your window shining is the sun,. In your home, alone or with friends, you can play. There will be no dismay. You can party all day long. Or watch movies like King Kong. It’s where your people are. Whether they be near or far. At home I feel safe. If you were a pencil, it’s your pencil case. My home is not just made up of wood or walls, it is made up of emotions. It stands with joy, gratitude, and care. A house becomes a home when a family moves in. Acceptance is what makes a home feel different than the outside world. I can be myself at home without worrying about fitting in. Home is a place that gives me the freedom to express myself the way I wish. I feel privileged to have a place I can call “Home!”
