Home Means a Lot to Me

Home is a place where I'm loved, home can be a person, it can be a sight or a feeling. Home means a lot to me. To me, home is where I'm loved and cared about; home doesn't have to be a building. Home is a feeling; it's the warm or the cold feeling of my blanket on my bed. It's a cup of hot chocolate warming up my hands. Maybe even the soft, fluffy feeling of my dog's fur. If home was a person, it would be my mom, because she has helped me my whole life. She helped me to walk and to talk. She teaches me how to cook and bake. My mom loves me and cares about me a lot. Home can be a sight, it's the sight of the wonderful birds and beautiful trees outside; or the sight of my cute little dog running around. The sight of me and my family playing board games at the dinner table having fun together. Home is a feeling, the feeling of my soft blankets on my bed. It's my loving mom and last but not least, it's a sight, it's the sight of me and my family being happy together.
