Home is Not Just a House

Home is not just a house. A home is a place you feel comforted and loved. I feel most comforted when my mom cooks her famous tacos. I love them. My mom and I also do a lot of art. It’s really fun to spend time with her in this way. My dad and I do lots of building together - once we built a bird house. My sisters and I will wrestle till we can’t move. It’s crazy! I love laying in my bed and reading my book while I hear my sisters playing games upstairs, arguing over who won. I usually have ear buds in playing soft or calming music. Home is my place, my place I feel loved. A home is a home no matter where you go. Family and friends, the fun never ends, but now I must conclude. I hope this journal changed your mood.
