What a Home is

To me home is a space where you can burst out laughing or crying without being questioned. Home is like an ice cream cone filled with different layers of love, happiness, respect, and compassion. Home is a place filled with kind caring people. To me home is my safe space. Home is my safe space because I can close the door and leave everything happening in my life on the other side. My home isn’t just a building, it is a place I will remember for the rest of my life. To me home isn’t one thing it is my mom’s smile, my dad’s hugs, and my sister’s insanity. These are the things that make my home, home.
