Meaning Of Home

Have you ever thought about how other people live and realize that your home is very special because not everyone has what you have? Everything in my home is special to me but the three most meaningful things are my cute dog, my living room, and my siblings . Talking about things I love about my home, I love my dog Rosie. Whenever I walk through the door she comes running, tail wagging with a big smile on her adorable face. I pet her and smother her in kisses. The best nights are when she jumps into my bed and we cuddle all night. Otherwise, she is very comfy sleeping on the couch in the living room. Speaking of living rooms, I love my living room so much. My family has some amazing memories there, especially during COVID-19, like the times we watched all the Marvel and Transformer movies. I like to practice gymnastics in my living room. One time my brother and I had a handstand competition, of course I won. I also have a sister, we fight all the time. My parents hate it, but they should be used to it. I do love my siblings but they barely hang out with me anymore, they are teenagers. My sister is in grade 11 and my brother is in university but he visits when he can. Finally, I’d like to remind you that you should always be grateful that you have a home and a cozy bedroom to sleep in. You could love everything in your home but you also could have some favourite things like I do, my dog, my living room and my siblings. When you look around, think about how other people live and say to yourself, “I’m happy to have a home”.
