HOME: What it means to me
Why am I writing this
I am writing this because I want the money to go to Habitat for Humanity. I also would like that Ipad, and I think that the class would like the pizza party. I think that the people without a home feel unsafe or sad maybe and I think that they need a home because everyone needs a space to feel safe. And also because, I would like to hold that cheque. And, to be honest, I really want that Ipad.
Why do I love my home?
I love my home because I feel cozy and warm. I have a puppy to cuddle and some family members too, and some blankets. I think that everyone needs someone to hold on to or someone to count on. Another reason is that you have shelter and food. You need food to live and a home or some sort of shelter to keep you feeling safe. And another reason is that you can do multiple things in a house, like watch TV (If you have one), play, hangout or chill, and more! I think that if you have a home, you should treat it like you care about it. Because if you don’t care for it, then bad things will happen like someone might break, or something might break.
Conclusion
I wasn’t born in Guelph. I was born in Mississauga. I lived there for 8-9 years. I had so many friends and I loved it there. But then I moved and came here to Guelph and loved it too. So you should be thankful for any home you get because it’s a home.
