Home is the place you grow memories, enjoy things, and build strong relationships. At home you can be yourself, you don't have to worry about what people think about you or what you say. On a rainy, cozy or snowy night, when you come home, you're tired and you sit on your couch, do you ever say “I love this couch” or smell the food you adore. When you go to a friend's house, yes the couch is comfy but not as comfy as yours. My home makes me feel safe, I can tell someone something, they won't judge me or say NO! My trusted adults are there, I feel welcome, I feel like I belong there. Every time I feel sad or want to cry, I go to my room. I decorated it and I love it. It can't talk or walk but it listens to me in its own way, it brings me pride, joy and happiness. But remember not everyone has a home like me, some people live in homes that got flooded or burnt down, so be grateful that you have such a beautiful home that you can live in and enjoy!
